• D&P slide rule with db, μV and MHz scales.
• Made of plastic and dated probably around 1935 or 1936.
• Marked “Fabr-Nr.: 203” and “03511” and “Nur für Leitung STML 1882”

Questions:

1. What is it used for?
   Friedrich Seelemann, “Funk Entstörung”, 1954, p. 322-323: In Verbindung mit dem Störmeßgerät STMG 1869 ... Meßleitung STML (Störmeßleitung?) 1882 mit Berührungsschutzkondensator zur Messung von Funkstörungen auf Leitungen mit max. 250 V ∿ gegen Erde. Andries de Man
   
2. When was it made?
   The style and font of the Aristo logo on the box at least clearly gives a narrow production date of: 1936-1939. Furthermore, the Dennert & Pape, Altona text found in the well of the stock with logo on the box again reinforces a production date of: 1936-1939. See IM 1995 pg. 5 David Rance
