Questions:

1. any idea?
   Based on having all the Rietz scales on the front face of the stock and the overall style, it is highly reminiscent of two known models. The favourite (same font) is model 1005A made by little known Danish maker PENOL.
   The other contender is the model 51 from Japanese maker/retailer Hope Slide Rule Mfg. Co. David Rance
